Jillian has her own line of sportswear with KSwiss, and her sports bras are from this line. I thought they looked great too but when I checked it out they were $55! I think I'll stick with C9 at Target for $20....for now.

Day 25 Level 3 Day 5. I think this will be my last day logging in December bc I leave for a cruise tomorrow. I'll finish the last 5 days in Jan! So proud of myself for sticking with it. And thank you all for keeping me accountable!

Day 24 Level 3 Day 4! So after doing this without rests for 24 days straight I have to say that I am no longer looking forward to my daily Shred. I think rests are necessary, especially since I do an hour of cardio in addition to the Shred. I'm thinking about doing Ripped in 30 next month but I don't think I'll be doing it…

Day 23 Level 3 Day 3! The plyo stuff is killing my knees though. I have to be really careful on those jumping lunges to make sure that my form is good.
-
Day 21 Level 3 Day 2. Leave for cruise in 4 days!
-
Day 21 Level 3 Day 1 - done! I actually thought Level 3 was equal to Level 2 in terms of level of effort required. Cardio with weights though and a lot more plio work! Seemed less straight weight strength exercises.

12/19 Day 19 Level 2 Day 9 12/20 Day 20 Level 2 Day 10 Level 3 tomorrow!

Unfortunately, I think everyone may be different as it depends on your fitness level and your weight. I use a HRM to get a correct calorie burn. You could also try searching the exercise db for the different activities in the workouts, but I'm not sure what they use as a base for the fitness level. I do believe it tailors…

Day 14 Level 2 Day 4 - Feels good!
-
Day 13 Level 2 Day 3!
-
Day 12 Level 2 Day 2 Agree with previous poster - cardio is WAY harder in Level 2 b/c it requires you to use a lot more arm muscle in addition to leg strength.
-
Day11: Level 2 Day 1 Way more challenging! I burned probably 35% more calories - spent much more time in zone 3! "I want you to feel like you are going to die" mission accomplished Jillian!
-
Level 1 day 10 complete! Looking forward to level 2!!
-
Day 9, Level 1 - had to double up today b/c I'm not going to be able to work out tomorrow!
-
Day 8 Level 1 done!
-
Day 7 Level 1. Push ups are easier as are those arm raises in the third circuit. Definitely feels good to know I've stuck with it for a week. Still doing an hour cardio (primarily running) every day too!

Day 6 Level 1 completed!
-
Dat 5 Level 1 done. Feels good!

Day 4 Level 1!

Completed Day 3 Level 1!

I'm planning to do D3L1 tonight. I love how short it is. Tiring but before you know it she's wrapping things up. The other thing I like is that instead of counting reps you do exercises for specified periods of time and you keep moving from exercise to exercise without a break. I think/hope it'll prove to be very effective!

I use one. 143 first day and 150 second. I reiterate what the previous poster said. It depends on your fitness level and weight. I was primarily in zone 1 during the workout so burnt less than maybe others would.
-
Day 2 Level 1 - done! I apparently have no ab strength but hopefully that'll change by the end of December!
-
Just did Day 1 Level 1!

I'm starting tomorrow. I lost about 55 pounds in 2010 but have been trying (unsuccessfully) to lose a final 10 for almost a year now! I have a cruise at the end of December so I'm hoping you all can help me stay on track and be accountable. I exercise a lot already (8 hours a week between cardio and strength training), but…
