Nice. :-) Coming out of high school I was 167 lbs. at 6'3" In the 1990's I was 190 and lean. Now I'm 200 and squishy in the middle.

Welcome! Congratulations on losing the weight. It is very important for us "mature" folks to maintain muscle mass. What are you doing now as far as a routine? Make sure you get enough protein, and lift reasonably heavy weights and it can do wonders.

I do my best to ignore those warnings, unless I'm feeling like dying. After I sprint at 14 mph and then check it, I get a warning... no kidding its high! :-)

Hi. I think you are on to something regarding the protein. Doesn't sound like you are getting very much. Also calories in general seem ok, but you are working out quite a lot. I would try upping the protein and see how you react.

Also, never compare 2 different scales. Who knows how accurate each might be. Try not to fixate on the actual number, just keep at it and you will have success!

*sneaks to your window with a megaphone* "GET OUT OF VACATION MODE"!! :happy: You can do it. There are lots of high volume low cal foods that should help you feel full.

You really do need to think in the long-term. We all get sick, we all have off days, will all have times of progress or struggle. Get well and get back at it! You can do it and your body will thank you in the long run. Try upping your vitamin C, try Oil of Oregano, etc. Might help you get over it more quickly. All the best!

Just be careful of the word "toned". Lifting weights will not make your arms smaller. They will build size and shape. A lower body fat percentage is needed to reveal the shape :-) best of luck!
