  • For sure it is an acquired taste! I prefer the small curd. I sprinkle a tiny amount of cinnamon on it and add fresh strawberries or peaches. Its actually pretty good!
  • My goal is 145 but I would be content with 150. Getting there!
  • I weigh myself every Monday morning as soon as I get up. I was told to weigh myself first thing in the morning before consuming any food. I try giving myself a small goal to reach each week. So far so good!
  • Rough weekend here too. My dad would have been 81 yesterday. He passed last year. I made an enormous dinner for my family including all his favorites (far from healthy) and went crazy. Trying to get out of my mood. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy day.
  • I'm not familiar with Shakeology. How does it taste? Is it a meal replacement? I just started the Couch to 5K. Only takes 30 minutes and its a nice day. I have to switch up my exercise because I get bored very easily. Food is my comfort too!
