  • i don't count the sugar in fruit. it is a natural sugar.
  • i think the best time to weigh yourself is in the morning. Do it right before you eat breakfast. You weigh less in the morning and more during the day. hope this helps
  • i WEIGH DAILY;) IF MY WEIGHT FLUCTUATES I JUST OVERLOOK IT AND WEIGH THE NEXT DAY. I LOOK FORWARD TO JUMPING ON THE SCALE EVERY MORNING.
  • I do good during the week. When it comes to the weekend I go out and eat healthy. Before I go to a restaurant I look my food up on myfitness. I may reward myself with a diet coke. During the week I drink water.
  • well i was juicing a few weeks ago. I love watermelon, coconut and strawberry juice. I went on a juice diet for 3 days and lost 5 pds. I couldn't believe my eyes. All i drank was juice. Some people go weeks drinking juice but not me 3 days was enough. It gave me a good kick start to my diet:)
