How are you doing now? I started in April and just about done with my 10th month! Overall I love it!

first i have to say to the original poster that you are brave to type about this ... ive had that problem since ive had 3 c-sections and that flab is annoying and I use summer's eve powder to help keep that area dry ~ .... although never had an infection but a tummy tuck would be nice though :)

same here! 5'1" 173 .... and same story once i lost 45lbs about 3 years ago and gained back 49 lbs :( so here I am hoping to lose and learn to maintain this time around!

By viewing your diary ~ remember that sodium retains A LOT of water and even more when us women are in our TOTM so keep on drinking water, tea whatever just drink a lot of fluids especially if you are eating things with sodium in it ~ also remember to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day ~

.... someone bought me a new scale bc the old one broke so I threw it out so there began my obsession ~ .... weighing myself every single morning ~ the only way to keep motivated when I see a few ounces drop daily :)

Also, take measurements ~ it does help to the difference .... remember a lb of muscle looks better than a lb of fat ;)

HI !! and it will work.. one day at a time one meal at a time... before you eat type in what you are going to eat so you can switch things up to make it work for you I have lost 6lbs also!!! .... last time i did the calorie counting thing I lost 45lbs and I know it works.. now im working on losing 25lbs... i did stop…
