I know most people wouldn't think about it as an exercise but I cleaned my apartment yesterday with my HRM on and I burn 1300 calories cleaning for 3.5 hours. Definitely didn't feel like the exercise I normally get but effective nonetheless

I do measure myself every two weeks and there has been a decrease there but when I don't see any kind of change on the scale it makes me wonder if I'm doing my measurements wrong, maybe cheating a little bit on them. I don't know

Lot's of water, fruits and veggies. Get rid of the crap that you like snacking on and get some better stuff. That's what I do. just don't have the crap in the fridge.

Taking the stairs, I work on the fourth floor of a hospital and I have to run stuff up and down the stairs all night. I'll get up and walk all the time .Helps keep me awake too! And I'm overall a fidgety person so I'm always moving a little bit. You can burn up to 500 calories more a day by fidgeting!
