I have it...and I have had it for a couple of months. I stopped using it for a while and that was due to me being lazy, but I love it. I use it now, and I feel funny when I dont feel it on my bra daily. What is your link on fitbit?

I dont think there is anything wrong with it. Having a smoothie for breakfast and cutting out meat isnt bad also. I do not do an entire day, but I will pick one meal a week for my cheat day. I have found healthy alternatives so I can pretty much eat healthy. Its when I want popeyes or mcdonalds or even wendy's that is normally my cheat meal and then I am done for the week.

I am 5'5. The most I weighed was 290. I am currently 237.8 and my goal weight is 170/175. Once I get there...I will see if I want to lose more.

I have been to the gym after work so I normally arrive in a suit and hills and then I change. That sounds like a Planet Fitness type of rule....and they are so serious about it....lol.... I make my noises but I try not to drop the weights....they need to remember it is a gym.

I am the same as you. I can not stand water. What I do is i use crystal light in my water. that way my water has a flavor and it more like juice than water. i would try that.

Have you tried Russell Stovers sugar free chocolate. It sounds nasty but when you can have two pecan delights, or mint patties and the calories are not that high...go for it. I get my from the grocery store (Giant, Safeway, or Walmart). I hope this helps.

I dont eat it either. However, I stopped in 1997 to lose weight. I actually cut out beef and pork for a long time. I occassionally eat beef but not pork. I can get turkey bacon, turkey chops and turkey burgers so I am A okay.

I went to one for about 6 months and he was 30 per session for 1 hour. Also I had another guy that was going to do it for 25 per session. My suggestion, see what his contract is like. I never had to sign one, but I would start there first.

I went to myweightdoctor and they gave it to me and I took it for about a week and it did nothing. I am not sure if it is just my body but the B12 shot does nothing either. So I think it is based on different people.

I am so going to look into this. I have not found a sports bra that can hold me and doesnt kill me when I am jumping or running. I am searching Enell right now.
