If thats the way you feel, then you should go on the elliptical or soemthing. I still enjoy of guilty foods, but then i know there are consequences, and i kick my own butt later on. I am 5'2 and my starting weight was 147, now im at 122, and I want to weigh in around 110-115. Time can only tell, ive hit a plateau, and cant seem to get under 120!!!!

With my experience losing weight, 1200 worked for about a month, I hit a plateau so I increased my calories to 1400, and I kind of fell off exercising, the pounds were still coming off though. Basically you should try it for a bit and see if it works for you.

I personally go by what mfp says, my elliptical says i burn over 1000 cals sometiems during my 60 mins workout lol. its likes, wow i knew i went hard, but NOT THAT HARD lol. I know im probably close to 400-600 cals burned, in and around there, I try not to eat my calories back, because even with the food, im just guessing…
