I did the samething. And it continued yesterday. I feel like crap. Bloated and sluggish. Did great for two weeks and then after one day fell apart and now its hard to get back to low carb. My bodyblikes low carb but pizza and stuff taste so good hahaha. Anyway i know what you mean. Good luck.

Thanks for the replies. I think I'm going to try the 100 to 150 range. I'm very active at work. I'm a auto mechanics in a hot garage now that summer is here. Only time I'm not moving is my half hour lunch. If it slows down I'll drop those carbs! Thanks again guys feel free to friend me... Unless I friend you first!

If it doesn't hurt to walk do that. Or try a bike. Or do upper body exercise and stretch. Good luck
