My 9 year old son and I started doing the training yesterday. So far so good! :-)

Day two was SUPER hard for me too! I was DYING! My husband was laughing at me because I was walking weird and made him go downstairs to bring the laundry up so I could fold it. But honestly, by day three I was barely sore and was able to get through all the push ups without stopping. If you are doing the days consistently…

I wish I could have that much money to spend on food! For our family of 5 we spend between $225 and $300 a month for food only. We try to do a lot of cooking at home, packing lunches and stuff. I get a Bountiful Basket every week that has pretty much all the fruits and veggies I need and it only cost $15, or you can get an…

It would be easier to tell if your arms were down...your shoulders and upper body are part of your body type. It seems that you have a fairly straight figure though.

I agree with what most people have said...even if it's just a granola bar or a piece of fruit try to eat something. It will help you in the long run.

Congrats!

My husband and mom have them and they both love them. Yes, there is an additional monthly cost but it really helps track things accurately. Also, I believe with the purchase of one, it includes like 6 mos of the website access. Definitely do some research and see if it's something you would like and use. I know that they…

If you know where you are going to eat...try seeing if they have a website with their nutritional values on it. Then you can pick what you are going to have ahead of time and know what the caloric intake will be. If you are going out to eat on a whim, try to go for something that has been baked or broiled. It will usually…

I don't eat all of mine back. I think every person is different. I know my sister has to eat almost all of hers back of she stops losing immediately. If you do eat all or part of them back...make sure it's with healthy foods...maybe more protein than carbs.

I use a cheat day when I'm not logging my caloric intake but instead just eating. For example this Sunday is my birthday BBQ...it will be my cheat day. I'm not going to gorge myself, but I'm going to have a piece of cake, eat fruit salad and potato salad and have a cheeseburger! I wouldn't "go crazy" as some people say…

I agree with mandimoore617...CONGRATS! But definitely talk to your physician about the weight loss. There are a lot of unknowns that happen to your body with drug use. It could be as simple as retraining your body or there might be other stuff you have to do for weight loss...either way, good luck and keep us posted!

I think losing on average a pound a week is great! I'm not sure about how the diabetes plays into it, but congrats on the awesome weight loss!!

I have seen surgeries like this work for people, but it's usually in the case where changing their diet and exercising wasn't making a difference. It's not an "easy" road, but if you do your research, consult with a physician and weigh the pros and cons, you are going to make the decision that's right for you. I don't…

I walked down the aisle to Chasing Cars - Snow Patrol Our first dance was to Brad Paisley - Find Yourself He had moved from Kansas to Oregon for a job and didn't know anyone. We'd both had "difficult" past relationships and the way we came together was perfectly described in this song. :-) When you find yourself In some…

Congrats!!

You look great!

You didn't screw up...it's all about moderation. Everyone is allowed to let go a little bit. I've learned that if I completely deprive myself of things, I end up failing. So I definitely say eating McD's once in two weeks won't ruin everything you've done. :-) Feel better!

I would really like to hear how this works for you! I can't imagine eating a bunch of small meals a day but I've heard that it works great for some people. My biggest worry would be getting busy and skipping a couple of meals and then being so hungry that I WAY over eat at the next meal...please keep us updated on how you…

I add all of my stuff just so I know what I'm taking in. I don't drink a lot of soda, but I even track my diet soda just so I know what I've had. :-)

Great job! The difference is definitely there!!

My doctor told me I needed to add 300-500 calories a day while breast feeding. Also be sure that you are getting lots of calcium and lots of water...both of those will help. :-) I don't think there is anyway to add the calories other than just mentally. Good luck!

Don't give up...just keep working at it and the results will come!

Welcome and good luck!

Thank you! :-)
