It curdles! Has in cereal for me too. Sucks. Switched hubby to rice milk, but sooo many calories in it.

If you workout out for at least an hour and do at least 15-20 minute of cardio during that hour, 500 calories is very possible.

I know people are going to say this is too few calories, but I maintain my weight and have for the last 5 years or so and I eat over 1,200 calories almost everyday. The middle is curvy, the last would probably be considered overweight by a BMI chart.

Maybe some women use the term more correctly than others, but most women don't, so now the term curvy is generally known for chubby or overweight. Just my opinion. But I personally hate when I hear overweight women say they would rather stay curvy than be skinny. When the person they are referring to as 'skinny' has curves…
