I'm on this site right now so I dont do this exact thing. I want to eat cake and squares in our lunch room. My plan is to drink so much water that I want to puke so I will be beyond full. Ughhhh sometimes I wish food didnt exist so we didnt have this struggle.

I have to admit I'm doing horrible! Since my knee injury I have used it as an excuse to stop working out (all together!) and now that the holidays are here my body is a garbage can :( Up 15 lbs from July. Not cool! One plus is hopefully by February my house addition is complete and I can do a morning walk on the treadmill…

If I feel I am getting out of control I log all my food and that helps me decide if going over is worth it or not. Most of the time I say no! Stop now! you will regret this is you don't

Planning on doing it tonight, with all the Christmas stuff going on now there are dinners and gatherings during the week so I figure if I am going to participate I need to keep up my workouts too and if that means at 8 or 9pm thats what I am going to do.

I found a training and other gym members that I became friends with that I didnt see anywhere else but the gym. If I want to hang out with them I have to get my butt there. Once I'm there we always have fun in group classes. I turned it into a social time which is what I was lacking.

I hear ya! I was on a roll for a year, totally transformed myself then bam, injury in July and I have been "starting over" every Monday since. I figure while the Dr's are focusing on my knee the least I could do is focus on food. Eat clean feel good.

maybe try logging what times you eat at the day before. I know that I like to eat my morning snack at 10, most days thats fine but others I am starving by 8:30 and just can't wait and others I dont get to it until 10:30 no problem.
