So that was a separate comment. I'm diabetic, cookies, candy and donuts can be lethal. I try not to have candy and the sort in the house but for the holidays where there is Halloween candy, for example. Also at work, when people bring in doughnuts or other sweets.

Is it just impulse control, or is there even a classification for what I'm describing? I like to research online as much as I can, but I can't find anything.

Stick deodorant works just as well, and 1) isn't as expensive and 2) you should already have some around.
-
Can't help you much now, but rub a stick deodorant on before the run.

That has something to do with it. But I also find myself overeating at meals and eating foods that are literally lethal to me (donuts/candy/etc).

I've got both a Sharp Aquos and a Vizio. I've been happy with both as an HDTV but the Vizio has been MUCH better about updating the "smart" software. Example. Both TVs offer Netflix. The Sharp, which I would consider a more name brand still has the same Netflix programming since the day I bought it. The Visio (the Wal-Mart…

I think it means more than the way you treat a woman. It's the way you treat everyone. You treat people with respect and you are a man honor.

Won't give you a home phone number?

Probably about $400. I would get a gift certificate to a local Pro shop, and let him go pick it out and get the right size and pull.

If you are borderline diabetic, this is a HUGE reason to control your sugar. Did you ask for the results of your tests? Was there an A1c done?

From original post - Seed yourself properly in the race corral. Some races put up signs indicating where the 6 minute-milers should be, 7 minute-milers, 8, 9 and so on. The idea is that they don't want the slower people getting run over by the faster people. If this is your first race and you don't plan on running 5-7…

Who knows! If you didn't weight under exact conditions for all 3, then the guessing of food, water weight and clothes is half of you conundrum. The other half is, it depends on how recently the scale was calibrated. I would guess the hospital and doctors office get calibrated more often, but they also probably get used…

Are you putting fruit juice in your smoothie? If so, avoid this! Maybe try a bland protein shake, and add your smoothie ingredients to that.

I think women are beautiful in ALL shapes and sizes! What what can make you "ugly" is your personality!

Giggity!

Just do the same thing every week. As long as you don't over or under drink from your norm, the results should be accurate.

What are your goals? Are there any diet or exercise restrictions?

So, I'll give you my experience from someone who couldn't even do the W1D1 of C25K when I started. I found it to be a very mentally tough challenge. I would use any excuse to cut the jogging portions short. "Oh my legs hurt a little, i'm out of breath, my feet hurt...." I then found myself very frustrated. I went and got…

Does anyone else find it weird that OP deactivated his account?

I had the same surgery about 4 years ago. I was able to use a stationary bike, and just sit upright, so I wasn't putting pressure on my shoulder. It took me almost a full year before I felt like I had 100% use of my shoulder and being pain free. I couldn't do the things I loved like softball or flag football, but I'm glad…
