have you measured other ways? such as a tape measure? your clothing??? , are you lifting ??? i do the eat more 2 weigh less method, google it :) just strating out with it.. all the best :)

Also... I never gained any weight by upping my cals... I instead lost cms :) its about maintaining muscle.. losing fat... for get the scales :) by a tape measure

See how you go with you tdee at cut... if nothing happens then you might need to repair it by eatting at tdee for 8 weeks. Make sure youve calculated your exercise correct. i'm about 220lb ( 104kgs ) 30 and 153 cm... just started hmm 4 weeks ago.. :) 2 weeks on eatmore2weighless, i've also started at the gym, using machines, but upping them a bit each session..... hope to move onto free weights eventually. :)

If your lifting... your gaining muscle... have you tried measuring rather then the scales... scales never tell the whole story.

I bake my salmon.. skin on or off.. baking salmon preserves the omega oils in the fish.. pop a few lemon slices salt and pepper on raw fish wrap and pop in the oven for about 20-30 mins.. I guess with mine and I also have mine fully cooked.

Ok.... ermmm awesome your having results!!! WhT im asking is say my target is about 1800 ish.. thats my TDEE minus 20%.... and I eat somedays over that by 100 cals or 200 cals or under it.. how close do you stick to your target...?? Do you eat 1800 rreligiously? Or doesn't the slight fluctuations matter?
