Check out eat more 2 weigh less... its more about keeping lean muscle mass.. losing body fat... :) I eat.. and lose inches slowly I am also doing stronglifts... my body has changed :)

Oh also google some of the exercises. . I found thats helped with my form... I was doing bench presses over my neck.... I know I know... until I watched a you tube vid on form.... also.. when I first started I was shown all the exercises by one of the instructors... and been doing it alone since...

I use and love stronglifts... I brought the nrol4w. . Read it and went what... lol it seemed to complex for me and my tiny brain... so I find strong lifts nice and simple easy to follow... ive been doing it for a month. I love increasing my weights :) my body has changed heaps already... good luck with what ever you choose…

Also from vids and reading... with front squats I think your leaning more forward then with the back ones... if I am remembering correctly. . Id just go with back ones if they dont hurt as much... and all my weights are different for each exercise. . As long as your upping them I dont think it will matter much... I love…

No worries... im new at all this too.. but with stronglifts its all back squats.. a is squats. Bench . Row... and b is squats overhead press and dead lifts... Maybe just maybe if your back doesnt allow you... maybe leg presses?? I know its legs only but maybe if thats all you can do thats all you can do... good luck…

What about lowering the weight?? Till you build strenght to suport your back? And work up slowly to a higher weight... ? Doing 5x5 stronglifts myself :)

Eating 2000 to 2700.. and doing strong lifts 3x a week. Freaking love it.. changing my body, not worried about the scale... :)

I agree with the bulking / maintenance. .. feed your muscles grow them.. then cut.. you can also do a few weeks/ months of each cutting a bulking. Im doing a rather lazy job of eating at maintenance. .. and doing stronglifts ( 3 things a week with that yay!!) Just eating more im having probs with as ive been slack with…
