Thanks... well yes im over weight. Ocassionally drink. Eat pretty healthy even before I found out I had high cholesterol. Since then I dont eat butter cream full fat yoghurt or full fat milk.. and I dont eat cheese. I have also limited my red meat. And eat fish and chicken. Ive upped my good oils too.. and will find out…

google eat more 2 weigh less :) BMR is your basal metabloic rate.. if you did nothing this would be what your bady uses to stay alive and function :) TDEE is Total daily energy expenditure... its what you body would use doing normal every day things plus your excersise, depending what you pop into the online calculators...…

I didnt and dont post on facebook about it... or any loses... but my partner and a few close friends know I am working on my body... and my family know I am working on getting my cholesterol down... ( and said friends)... the only people I see often are my close friends and my partner...
