good for you, if you look atmy journal i have treats and no guilt. Moderation not deprivation is my key. and yes I have lost weight. my profile says 14 but its overall 22. ;)

love them, have so many of them. ;) I have been using her for 17 years. :) a great way to avoid excuses to not have to go outside during this time of year. or when its hot, or raining, or whatever the excuse maybe. lol

i log it also especially the heavy stuff, I can spend up to 2 hours doing it so I want those calories back. lol. ;)
