    Hand-held can opener. I cannot stand electric can openers.

    Also, my pizza stone...which is not in a drawer, but it's in a cabinet right below the drawer...does that count? :tongue:

    My food scale! That thing is pretty much attached to my hand when I'm cooking.

    Oh, and my cheese grater and my favorite pearing knife.

    My first thought was my Magic Bullet, but I also agree with those that said sharp knives and a can opener XD

    Food scale, blender and ... my husband! He does 95% of the cooking and he's really kicked it up with the healthy food too. :flowerforyou:

    I cant live without my whisk or my rubber spatula! My eggs just don't get as airy and fluffy without the whisk and it drives me nuts to beat them with a fork! I also can't stand trying to scrape a bowl without a rubber spatula, too much gets left behind!

    I just had a kitchen fire a couple of weeks ago.... all my stuff is gone. What Im missing most is my Silpat mat and my knives. Oh, and kitchen tong thingies to flip meat. Im making a list so I know what I absolutely want to rebuy. Gonna scan this thread for some goodies!

    Kitchen-Aid mixer. Expensive but totally worth it.

    My immersion blender. It's pink and my roommate always thinks its a vibrator so I like to leave it out in the kitchen sometimes to make her uncomfortable.

    Another vote for a wine bottle opener; we've got a Screwpull table version and it rocks. My Oxo tongs. My Wustof classic chef's knife.


    Most worthless, un-used item: Vacu-Vin wine bottle vacuum sealer.

    my OXO good grips peeler! and my kitchen devil knives (and a sharpener!)

    my stainless steel pans and heavy anodised baking pans! can scrub them to death and they still look like new!

    with these I can face anything the kitchen throws at me! lol!!
