Please add me . I would love A buddy! I'm 5'7" currently 158 goal is 130. I'm in NYC. I'm 38 years old. I plan on working out daily since I'm doing the 30ds then ripped in 30 next. I also love spin class and Pilates reformer. Thanks for organizing this.

I started it today yah!! I made it through but my knee hurts a little from lunges. I'm gonna ice it a bit tonight. What do you log it under in the exercise area?

I started today too!!! Feel free to add me. It was tough but I'm excited, I went down to the basement to switch laundry loads right after doing it and my legs were like jello.....that's a good feeling!

So excited today....hitting the supermarket and the farmers market this morning then off to buy hand weights. Today starts my transformation and day one of 30ds!!!!
