I just did the begginer zumba easy leval 20 minute class on Wii, do anyone know how many calories I burned and or what I should log....???? Damn I'm sweaty......

    I must not do the Wii Zumba right, I never get sweaty or out of breath. Geez I'm gonna have to put more effort into it the next time I do it. lol

    187 calories for 20 minutes...ok but I am dripping in sweat damn i'm outta shape.....
