I will eat a REAL hamburger and spicy fries. Go to the gym. Buy a whole new wardrobe Have four tats reworked because I was young, stupid and had friends that could build their own homemade tattoo guns and I had available skin. I WILL go out somewhere and be dressed in something that makes me feel sexy, not frumpy.

I am a DDD and believe it or not, Walmart has Fruit of the Loom brand that works wonderful (and comes in packs of 3's)

Thanks, everyone! I have noticed loss of inches in my legs and hips, but not in my "belly" (region below my belly button) if my rolls have gotten thinner, I've not noticed, do you all measure each area at the largest "roll?"

Hi, all, I've lost around 50 and even though my ticker says I have 70+ to go, I truthfully have about 95 pounds (give or take 5 pounds) to get to my overall goal. I'd love to support and have support of anyone else on this journey!

Thank you! That makes a great deal of sense to me, b/c I recently was able to add sandwiches back in my diet. So, I know my carb intake increased by at least 50%. Thank you!

I know, I just didn't elaborate in my reply. I was in doctor the other day over my low cals and she said that as long as my water intake is acceptable and my labs remain stable, I was ok with what was going on with losing/vs/gaining. I am just curious if anyone else sees that they have to maintain that low of a cal intake,…

I have "experimented" with it for quite a while now. It was only recently that my calorie level was below for more than a couple of days to where I noticed that all my weight loss times were those where cals stayed below 800.

My weight hasn't been changed on my license since I was 19 and 186 pounds. I haven't weighed near there since my early 20's, and they never ask, I don't volunteer!!! lol

I started the Topamax and Adipex together, today. So far, it's doing pretty good. I haven't been hungry or nauseous. I am Keeping a journal and will update every 4-7 days. I hope it works for me as well as it has for you! FYI: I already took Topamax for Migraines, but had stopped taking it when I was prescribed adipex.…

I love Bohemian and Hippie styles, in NORMAL SIZES!!! I can't wait to shop...just shop, for everything, in the Regular clothing department. Anything that is not considered plus size, I'd be ecstatic with. Oh...I want to wear a tank top and skinny jeans, and it look GOOD on me!

I started at 297, as of 9/14 I weighed 258. I still do not look any different, I just notice that my clothes are looser. Will be adding pics, as soon as I figure out how. I have 93 pounds to my ultimate goal! Anyone with a lot to lose, feel free to add me!

Do you mean Pheromones? I know that men and women release pheromones, and some men are really sensitive to its' smell... I've noticed it with men (not that I go around sniffing them, mind you lol)

Pine-Sol. I am SO addicted, I will go down the aisle and can NOT pass a bottle without taking the cap off to smell it. My hubby hates it, but OMG it reminds me of...clean. I have kids, I don't get that often. LOL.
