We eat a lot of processed foods, here. We are, basically, a microwave family. I try to choose organic products, when I can. Raw veggies for snacks, and Michelina's Lean gourmet foods ($1 per boxed dinner) I always choose lean hamburger with less than 5% fat. I am NOT a morning person, so a big breakfast is typically out (for me.) I find myself eating the most calories (when I am at home, at night, 6-8 pm) when I am out, then around lunch time (12-2 pm) It really all depends on if I am cooking, or if someone else is doing the honors!
