  • I had a couple of sessions with a personal trainer and he recommended the sauna after sessions to help relax muscles. Still need to stretch out first though.
  • Thanks for your help, think I sorted it. Wedges were fab and figured as I burnt of calories this morning on the cross trainier if I went over by a few it wouldn't hurt.
