Hi All, Just now seeing this thread. I am on Week 2 Day 4. Am liking the workouts so far. Looking forward to seeing the progress that my body makes as the weeks go by. Really looking forward to my HRM arriving so that I can properly log calorie burn. Good job everyone!

I wish I could help you. I have tried several things: pasty bras (don't stick well and came off before I had my dress on), bra with the back strap that goes low (closer to the waistline...but didn't offer support), etc. Most of them are highly dependent in how large a cup size you have.

Hi there, I just ordered my HRM to aid me in figuring out my calorie burn during T25. Unfortunately, when I bought my Garmin forerunner years ago I didn't buy it with the HRM...so now I am forced to buy one. I have been guestimating my burn and am really looking forward to the HRM arriving to see what the actual burn is.…

Hi there, I am also doing T25. I am in week 2 and have lost 3lbs and some inches. So far so good. Anyone can feel free to add me.

Hi there, Feel free to add me. I just started doing the T25 videos as well. I am in week 2. I know this is easier said than done, but don't get discouraged. Keep at it and you will start to see the results that you want too. Just out of curiosity, have you reviewed your diet? I noticed that was my biggest problem. I was…

Feel free to add me. I log in daily and try and offer as much support as possible.

I just started T25, but Body Beast is next on my agenda! Anyone can add me...would love to know progress that people are making with the Body Beast videos.

I started cycling close to 7 years ago. When I first got my bike I was doing around 15 miles or so on Saturdays with my friends (I live in the San Francisco area so some of those miles had some pretty monster hills). After close to 2 months of doing that I signed up to compete in my first 100 mile bike race. I road every…

I am apprehensive about the double day tomorrow too. I am sure you will be fine. Remember, it is only 25 minutes!

I completed Week 1 day 4 this morning. I have never sweat so much and so quickly in my life (and I have done a lot of endurance events). I am liking it so far. Looking forward to see my progression in the coming weeks. Anyone can feel free to add me to stay in touch!

Congratulations! Very inspiring. Thank you for sharing your story.

I am adding you and anyone else is welcome to add me as well!

Thank you for sharing! I just got the New Rules for Lifting for Women and your story really has helped push me to begin. Congratulations.

Just sent you a request. :)

You said what I have been thinking for awhile! Once we hit in our 30s things change with out bodies. I am still a work in progress and trying to figure out what is best for me in this stage of my life. When I was younger I could eat anything and just do cardio and be fine. Now I eat a well balanced diet but doing just…

I started yesterday...finished day 2 today. So far I am liking it and am interested in seeing the results that come from it. This is different than my normal workouts and I think my body likes the change of pace. Anyone can add me. Definitely looking to add to my network.

People can be mean....I know it is easier said than done, but try and stay focused on the progress that you have made. You look amazing and have come so far. Don't allow mean people to get in the way of what makes you feel good and your goals.

Swimming is an amazing workout. It is an all over body workout that includes strength and cardio. I would incorporate it into your normal workout schedule.

Jerry, I haven't re-assessed my calorie intake...but I see your point and I will look into that. Thank you!

Hi Everyone...thanks for all the input. Much appreciated. I had a really active weekend and apparently my body decided to retain water. I couldn't see that through my discouraged eyes...though my doctor pointed it out to me (had a previous appt and addressed it while I was there). She pointed out the puffiness in my legs…

Hi there, This process can be frustrating but keep on going. You will start to see results. In fact, losing inches is huge...so make sure to celebrate the small things. All of those milestones add up to you meeting your goal. Things to keep in mind: * Get a monitor to accurately track your calories burned (MFP isn't always…

The key to success is to keep at it...even when you feel that you aren't getting the results that you want. As mentioned in previous posts it is important to properly measure out your food (I bought a food scale on Amazon.com) and get a heart rate monitor. I found that MFP calories burned in the exercise section are off.…

Thanks everyone! I was thinking the same thing...but appreciate the input.

My BMR is just over 1500 and I am eating anywhere from 1150-1450 a day (depending on activity). To be honest, the days that I have high activity for many hours (I train to do endurance events) then I eat more of my exercise calories back. My concern a few weeks ago was that I wasn't eating enough with the addition of…
