Hey :), I know what you mean...I often get lost and/or confused when people that are the exact same height as me or the same weight have a way different GW than me. It often gets me thinking, "is my GW not right? Should I make it less, or more? " Basically, I decided that, for my height, my proper GW is 150lbs...I figured…

I definitely understand what you mean. Being in my 4th year in university, I've had tons of ups and downs when it came to health and weight loss. Whenever I got stressed with school work, going to the gym was the first thing to leave my schedule. Healthy eating was the second. We just have to tough it out I guess. One…

Thanks everyone for your help and advice! I really appreciate what you are all saying....I will continue to measure myself, and I've upped my exercise minutes per day, as well as lowered the amount of calories I can eat per day. I'll continue doing my interval training each day as well, and hopefully I'll start seeing…

Every week I check out my measurements. For the past 30ish days I've been doing the Shaun T interval training, which has helped me lose a couple inches. I'm just wondering why I'm not losing anything, you know? My BMI is considered overweight, so I need to start losing weight in order to have a normal BMI again!

I'm in! :D
