  • Inspiration! Yes - eating habits show me that I lean heavily on fatty lunches and that's why i need to eat nothing for dinner - trying to amend that now by making better lunch choices that don't leave me feeling deprived - changing eating habits is tough! lol
  • That has happened to me too -- but drink water!! It will fill you up a little bit and help the fiber you ate in the veggies to absorb the water and maybe help you to feel fuller? I always say water is the key to dieting because it helps flush your system all day long. Good luck - hope it's helpful...
