I used another similar site about a year ago, and it worked pretty well, but just got busy. I am on this site now, because a friend invited me. Every time I have taken the time to document what I eat, I have lost weight. So, I am going to try this approach again.

  • Welcome back -- what I like about this site is that it lets you know how many days you have logged on in a row. So, thinking baby steps....maybe just make sure you log in every day to the site - but don't feel obligated to log your food. That way you made a conscious decision to think about your plan weight loss for even a nano second that day - which may help you maintain your commitment. Right now, I am up to 60 cosecutive days of logging on and I have lost weight - not at an amazing speed because I haven't focussed on exercise yet - but the decision to log in every day has made me actually put food in and see how many calories it has before I put it in my mouth...and I go home knowing how many calories I have left for the evening.   • I was on here a few months ago and I was doing really well. I got discouraged and stopped. I am at a point where I am totally out of control. So here I am again. Wish me luck.
