Yes. I lost lots of weights walking outside and doing workout videos/DVDs at home.

That is beautiful!! It's good to know you are getting stronger and the scale is not the best indicator of that...WTG!!!

Don't give up....just keep at it everyday. You may want to have some tests run to assure that thyroid issues are not the problem. Try to eat a more plant based diet with lots of fresh fruits & vegetables, just a suggestion.

I couldn't agree with you more... They were not even welcomed when they lost the weight to get back in the house....the other contestants just straight hated on them...It's okay. Both Daphne & her brother proved that they were there to loose weight! As for Conda....she is one of the most destructive contestants they have…

I agree.....I like Daphne a lot more than Drama Queen Conda. Conda is a little bratty drama queen that is more about the games that the real purpose for the Biggest Loser show.....to loose weight! Both Daphne and her brother were shunned the moment they got on the ranch, so it's not surprised those other contestants voted…
