Diet soda is more of a foe than friend....but one is not going to kill you. I wouldn't make it a habit though.

It may slow down your weight loss. Try to watch your sugar intake and balance it with more protein. For example, the soup you are having for lunch....see if you can eat some tuna, chicken breast or turkey with it. I had the same sugar problem but I went to a nutritionist and balance advise came from them.

salt in all the foods you ate + water retention = 3pounds overnight....it will go away once you drink enough water today and not repeat the same menu right before bed...

I would say supplementing with a proven multivitamin and high-quality fish oils are a great start! Leave those diet pills alone....it will be to your detriment in the long run. To address the tiredness, make sure you are eating within 30-45 minutes after a workout with good quality protein and carbs.

I just started reading Blood Sugar Solution by Dr. Hyman and it has some great advise and actions steps (natural) to take if you have PCOS. Action steps like avoid certain foods and eating more of another food....that kinda stuff.
