I have a question this morning. How much is too much sugar in one sitting? For example, I'm having a yogurt (14g of sugar !) a special K bar (8g) for breakfast (I was running to work this morning) then soup with 2g of sugar for lunch...then another yogurt for a snack, maybe. What happens if you eat too many sugars?

It may slow down your weight loss. Try to watch your sugar intake and balance it with more protein. For example, the soup you are having for lunch....see if you can eat some tuna, chicken breast or turkey with it. I had the same sugar problem but I went to a nutritionist and balance advise came from them.

The only sugar I watch is refined sugar. I don't pay attention to sugar in fruit and such.

check out my question I posted yesterday in the forum. I had the same question and got some great answers! :)
  • Swap yoghurt for natural yoghurt and have oats or muesli instead of a breakfast bar - I take both of these to work as I'm on the train by 6.30am.
