you were quite right in your advice...some people just don't want to hear advice and make it so mucher harder for themselves. I like friends who share their diaries like i do...great way to get ideas and inspiration for what works. :)

1,200 calories a day did it for me. i'm maintaining now so having more. but i am really small 5'1", so that may be why it was ok for me

hi i'm not working to the same goals as you (have lost the weight and now maintaining) but like you have found the support and encouragement of others fantastic. I have friends with hugely different goals but at the end of the day we are all committed to a healthier lifestyle and its great to be a part of every success out…

fantastic . enjoy a shopping spree for the new you

i'm certainly enjoying my sleep and sleeping better. And yes i recognise that not unpleasant experience of modest hunger in the morning.i've learnt to experience that sensation of hunger as a positive feeling and that really helps all through the day...instead of rushing off to feed it!

agree

that is sooo true. i'm now at my ideal weight and didn't do the measuring bit to start with, but so wish i had cos i know i've lost loads of inches
-
it's a tricky one. What i find works for me is the less sweet stuff i eat, the less i crave it....so just being really strong. if i try to replace it i want more.

it's sooo good we've got each other on here.....we just applaud healthy lifestyles......we could take over the world......
