i discovered quorn a few weeks ago, and have used it a lot. it fills me up and doesn't have too many calories. I've fed it to the family and they haven't noticed the difference. (just had quorn curry for my lunch)

you can do it.............I could never run even as a child, started running 3 years ago (in my 40's) and now am completely addicted, hoping to firts half marathon in march.
