this is definately the thing to do, get videod on the treadmill and then they can fit you with shoes that suit your stride....that's what i did and it's like running in slippers

for me as i'm small, it doesn't matter how big or smaller i set my target to loose, i'm always given a 1200 target. i agree with Vivie72. your aim is to eat as close to the calories remaining that you are given. consistently eating a lot less won't help. enjoy the site and make lots of friends cause that really helps

yes you are sooo right. i can't believe its been so easy, i think the fact that nothing is off limits so long as you count it helps so you don't crave forbidden things

i turn my thinking about food energy into planning my daily food diary....then i just look forward to what i have eat for the rest of the day. that works for me

good for you, that's fantastic. i now run the whole distance but add in short sprints and then run more slowly inbetween and that has helped improve my speed Happy running
