Thank you all. This was all very helpful. My trail I did is around a local lake. The parts that had rocks or what not I did walk because I am not an experienced runner like that. It was my walking part of the couch to 5k. You all rock!! Thank you for all your advice

Veggies. Have you tried to make your own Kale chips and use that instead?? Or, and even though it is from Trade Joe's not sure how calorie friendly it is, have you tried those baked snap peas??

I have found if I cover the timer on the machines is helps me. And I try to watch the t.v's so I am not paying attention to the time as much. Good music always helps me too. Good luck

I was a lot thinner before I met my now EX fiancé. And when I wanted to get in shape it was very hard. It was more of a roller coaster than anything else. Now that we are not together anymore I am looking forward to a new, healthier and fit me and will strive very hard to keep it that way when/if I meet anyone. :wink:

I've done both. I like MFP better 1:because its free, 2: it is easier with the counting and all that. I dont want to knock WW because I did loose a lot of weight with it but I have lost with MFP. I lost myself there for awhile and wasnt doing much here so I have gained some back. Most people here are very supportive:smile:

I totally felt like that when I started. Still do. Your right, you have to start somewhere. And you want to start light and move up because you could hurt yourself and that would set you back.
