I just reviewed mine too. My friend list was adding up. I, too, have some that I communicate with on a regular basis and others I do not. I hope I didn't hurt anyone feelings, but I deleted those I didn't communicate with anymore.

Yea, mine says I burn more too. I've got the Timex Ironman Race Trainer HR w/ Sensor Mid Size White/Magenta T5K448. It should be close to the one you have.

No tips, but I completely understand. It's 90 degrees when I get a chance to run. So, I don't. NOT GOOD! Maybe I'll make myself do it today. Interested in tips too....

Sorry, but I have no tips. But I think it's great that she wants to do it with you.

Okay -- I didn't stretch afterwards either.

That's what I'm wondering. Since I wasn't told that I have this major arch or anything.... shouldn't regular shoes be okay? Seriously, the shoes I ran in are probably four years old. If I buy new shoes every 6 months like I should, wouldn't that be enough?

I'd like to get to my goal weight by then two. Count me in. I'll start on Monday. HAHAHA

Y'all almost convinced me to knock the dust off my 30 DS DVD and start it again. WOW -- Amazing results.
-
Congratulations. You should be very proud of yourself. What an accomplishment!

Chest strap is not ideal, but my research told me it was the best kind. After a while, you really don't feel it. I have the Timex one -- mid-level. It was about $115 - $130. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It's a watch and HRM.

I don't have the seat, but I've got a bike trailer. My little boy LOVES it!
-
Congratulations on making it to day 28th. That is a HUGE success!
-
Right there with ya!

Regarding the medicine, talk to you doctor. There will be one out there for you. Don't know which one you are on, but Wellbutrin is know to cause you to lose my appetite.
-
Doesn't that make me feel better. My son is 17 months and I'm just starting to see SOME improvement. It's not easy!!!! Especially when you had a c-section.

Day one -- completed last night Day two -- completed this morning feels good!

I'm on week 6. The first few weeks were easy for me (I ran off and on already). Now, I'm NO runner...don't get me wrong. But, at week 6....I'm starting to wonder if it will get any easier? HAHA I haven't done any form of exercises in the last couple of days. I'm starting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred as well. WELL...let's…

I've seen people put it under "circut training", but dang it feels like we should have burned more calories. If there's a better one to log it under please tell us.
-
OH...how can I keep up with this thread?
-
Count me in... I was planning on starting over this evening. I started the 30 Day Shred last week (10/26). Yea, it lasted two days. I couldn't walk after that. OUCH. But, now I think I'm ready. Hopefully, I got the "first" few days over with. I'm really hoping to lose those last 10 pounds.
-
Thanks grouch201... I am going to try my hardest to do day three today. That will be three days in a row.

Two words -- "HOLY CRAP". I'm so sore its not funny. I did NOT get up to do the 30 day shred this morning. Every muscle in my body hurts... However, I did do running last night. I wonder if it will still be effective if I do the 30 day shred every other day....and run in between? Day one -- 10/26 (at night) Day two - 10/27…

I did it... I bought the DVD last night. I did day one last night and day two this morning. Yes, I woke up at 4:30 a.m. I hope I can keep up the motivation.
-
I'm interested, but I've got to purchase the DVD first. HA
-
Thanks for all of your responses. If I look at in phases, it's only 10 days. I just may be able to do 10 days. Hopefully, after the first 10days... I'll be ready for the second. Yes, like someone mentioned... I need to focus on some strength training too. Thanks again -- Lydia

I do whatever my son let's me do...and that's usually go running in our neighborhood or riding our bike with bike trailer.
-
I second that one. That's the ONLY way I get any exercise in...Logan LOVES to be outside. You'll hear this alot (I did). If it seem impossible at the beginning, it WILL get better. :) Enjoy --- they grow up fast.

Congratulations on your new baby. My son, 17 months old, is my motivation. Good Luck.
