The only difference with me is that I'm a year younger, but totally in the same boat. I fine myself doing fine then something will happen and I just eat bad. I definitely need motivation and someone to help keep me on track. It's the late evenings and weekends that get me.

TRY it.. you just may surprise yourself. AND stop looking ahead; it will kill your motivation. I didn't know what I was running until I went outside and started to run. That way.... I was already committed.

I'm another person who is recommneding the C25K app. datguy2011 I hear ya on the week 4 -- Tonight, I will run WK 4 Day 2 (I CAN do it).

I know it's alot easier for me to run without pushing my little man (34 pounds). Without running with him, I run faster thus HRM is higher. When I run with him I run slower, but my HRM is higher because I pushing more weight. Hope that helps.

I'm on Celexa for anxiety. It hasn't made me gain weight. Before, Celexa, I took a number of different brands. I really think it's the person...gaining weight or not. Good luck with the medicine.
