My daily happy thought is that I feel awesome! It's only been a week that I've started going to the gym all day and I can already feel a huge difference. I can do more weights and reps as well as last longer on the machines : )

I did awesome today! I didn't have one pop today!! I used to drink so much pop then I cut down to 1 a day and I'm finally down to zero. I've been working my butt off all week ans eating right which has lead to a 6 pound weight loss this last week! YAY

Also I've seen all these people that started out my weight or bigger and in just 10 months look so freaking awesome! Ten months is NO time at All! But you have to start somewhere or you'll never get there. My hubby isn't the best at being supportive but that's what I have you girls for.

Calories but I also try not to have nasty sugar and fat stuff either. So even though I have the calories for it I wont go and down a donut or something :D

Seriously?! I sweat my *kitten* off and I hate it. Leave sweat marks on the machine when I get up to clean it. Oh geesh:blushing: Can't wait to lose weight so I don't sweat like I just took a shower.
