A few years ago a friend set me up with a good friend of hers, he was a cattle farmer from the middle off nowhere...my friend should have realised this was not going to be a win based on that alone. He proceeded to spend the night complimenting me on my 'childbearing hips' and my potential for breeding. Im pretty sure he…

Should've given her a Bert stare and asked her "Do you even lift?"

Definitely the Lats for me, can barely manage 3 overhand pull ups.

The gap isn't sexy btw.

I add people who are near me, if that helps. Also... Mandurah, South of Perth.

No. It takes a lot of hard work though, even on the roids etc.

I do body combat 3-4 times a week, initially i hated it but now i love it. Our instructor always makes a really good point of saying to new members of the class that it does take a few classes to get used to the moves so to keep coming back. I found this really helpful, especially when you can't keep up and are going the…

I am completely against drink driving, but, When has anyone who's caused an accident been only 0.01 above the legal limit? People who cause **** are often far above legal limits, so any limit is irrelevant. Its the same as punishing them with "Disqualified from driving" they already break the law while driving, so how…

Mizuno womens wave prophecy...i love these shoes so much i would consider marrying them

Completely worth it, I find it motivates me more to try to reach my daily step goal. It connects to MFP to more accurately track your calories as well which is great as MFP's cal counts for exercise are HORRIBLY incorrect.

If you are basing whats going to be "healthy" off BMI then you're gonna have a bad time, Ideal BMI for me works out around 170lb also, that leave no room at all for muscle mass. I wouldnt want to get under 95kg even, and that would still make me "overweight". Having a goal, and then setting yourself a lesser goal because…

I take in 100g of food, which is fuel, the fuel is burnt, the remainder of this is stored but is heavier then the original form it entered the body in? How is this possible?
-
So no one has an answer as to how it gains more mass when its stored? Everyone is simply saying food is either stored or burnt. What I want to know is how does it get heavier when stored? Maybe I will email our Army nutritionist and put the same questions to her. Thank you for the replies, we will continue our circular…

Wait, so what you've just said that if I burned some of the 100g of food material I'd gain less then 100g? I understand about calories and weight gain if you dont burn them off and eating food with a higher calorific content leads to the gain of weight if you dont exercise in order to use this stored energy because it is…
-
Again, 100g item could = 100g weight gain then?
-
So I could potentially gain 100g then from a 100g item? During the conversion to fat, and also the egestion of the waste items 100g of food is stored as something heavier then when it entered the body?
-
So if I weighed myself then drank a litre of water (1kg) I wouldnt be 1kg heavier? Oh thats right, I would be. Until I pee'd it out. Heres more of an explaination of my retardation. 100g food item, 25g of fat. Calories come from the fat yes? I understand this. When these calories are not burnt off, how does something which…
-
Hi there, Sorry your answers are not helpful at all. Example, 100g food item is 25% fat = 25g fat = possible weight gain of only 25g.

That doesnt sound possible, you can only provide the X chromosomes, your partner provides a mix of X and Y's and then which ever 'wins' the race combines with you X and you get that type of baby. You could try planning the time when the X's and Y's are released with the passage of your X, the Y sperms get to the tubes…
