I have been doing this and I was just thinking the same thing. I am wondering if it's coincidence or is it really working. I have been listening to it at night. Sometimes I fall asleep to it, but I have read it still works. I love the idea that I am learning even in my sleep:)

I am a BiG Fan of this movie. I want everyone of my family, friends and everyone I meet to watch that movie. I LOVE the information. It is a Fantastic movie. I love how they compared sugar to drugs, because IT IS! I am big fan of Mike Adams, David Wolfe and Daniel Vitalis. Of course the other people were great too.

I am 5'5.5". I weight 173, I have been trying for so long to get back down to 145. I am not always eating the way I should, I put too much pressure on myself and end up failing. It would be nice to have similar women on my MFP friends. I need some more inspiration. Thanks for posting this.

I make wraps out of the coconut meat. I have made raviolis with the coconut meat. You can use 2 cups of meat and add 2 T beet juice, spinach juice, or mango. You can use bananas too. To make the wraps you put meat into high power blender and then add the juice too. 2 cups should be enough to spin the meat. Then it will be…

I call a friend, or I drink water. Sometimes if I think about it for more than 2 hours I usually try a small amount of what I want, then I feel better. It's tough though. I understand completely!

Also you can use the Label "Calm" it's Magnesium. Take it at night and it will help you, and drink lemon water in the morning and maybe a pinch of salt too if you don't consume enough:). The citracal reminded me of this too.

I am also gluten sensitive and I eat alot of fruit. I worry about the same thing, Dr. Mercola says to only eat 25 grams of sugar a day. Which I think is very difficult to do, especially when you take grains out of your diet. I would love to know what other people think. I don't do any processed sugars, sometimes I have to…
