Thanks so much for the advice. I do neglet stretching. I thought a lot of the soreness was due to lack of stretching. How long do you think is sufficient stretch time?

So 3 days ago I must have really over done it. Before work I ran 1.7 k, after work I did the same run. It was my second time out running since my training began 3 weeks ago. I just bought the 30 day Shred today. I started with Level 1 and couldn't complete it. Hopefully I will do better tomorrow. My plan is to do it everyday! I really enjoyed how Jillian explained every move in detail. I have set a goal for 8 pounds in 30 days! Good luck to everyone on their challenge!

I never took measurements to start last week and to be honest...I wouldn't even really know how? Are measurments manditory?
