if you're diet is accurate(on the days you actually logged) then you are not eating enough, so instead of keeping your hair full and shiny your body is using all that it has to keep your organs alive. You need to eat more, at least 1200 calories a day.

yes there is an exact correlation between the two. giving soda to kids is a bad idea and there are soooo many parents who start giving their kids soda in the bottle for crying out loud. There are studies on it, just do a google search. They were just talking about this in my brothers psychology class.

I always look at their diarys, gives me new ideas for things to eat so i don't get bored eating the same ole stuff.

That's a lot for the scale to go up. I've weighed myself at the end of the day numerous times and the most the scale has been up is 4lbs.

I have been consistently losing weight with 30DS, i lost about 10lbs the first round and am working on finishing a second round and have also lost another 10lbs. the whole "lose up to 20lbs" is BS, and not to mention losing 20lbs in 30 days isn't really all that healthy unless you are 350+lbs

While i'm not completely disagreeing with you, what is the alternative? What else should they do with these animals that they take and rehab because they would otherwise die if left in the wild? Shall we leave them in the wild and say not our problem? Just let nature take care of it?
