Actually your BMR is based on calories you would burn if you were basically in a coma, so no you don't need to deduct calories for napping.

Honestly only a nutritionist could really advise you on that. But usually 40/30/30 protein, carb, fat, works well for most. Carbs aren't an enemy, but from what i've read between 100-150g of carbs a day is what a normal person should eat.

if you go to your fitness settings, you can go to custom and change the percentage of your fat/portein/carb and it will calculate it for you. i do 40 protein, 30 carb, 30 fat personally.

Mine usually doesn't fluctuate unless I eat something high in sodium, like the pasta i had from pizza hut last night :) but if I eat clean then no it does not fluctuate. It's only when i eat processed crap that the scale goes up suddenly the next morning.

Nah, i enjoy my time out with my friends and can usually allow for it in my calorie budget Just last night I went to pizza hut with my brother, had pasta, and still had plenty of calories left over and dropped .6 pounds this morning.
