take a look at my diary...it's pretty easy to get in calories. I don't like to cook or plan meals much either, dinner is usually a lean meat with california blend and then i have left overs for lunch.

All of my weight seems to be coming off of my tummy. My thighs have shrunk a little bit as well but not nearly as much, hoping they start shrinking more soon!

I'm all for heavy lifting and sexy sleek muscles, but never would I want to look like that. Then again i've never understood competitions like this so I guess that's why i don't find this appealing at all. Same goes with men competitions..no thank you.

Mine has been completely public every sense i joined. I like when others have theirs open as well so I can get new ideas for snacks and meals. I also won't comment on a friend's diary if it's private because for all i know they are eating 600 calories a day and I don't want to encourage that.

You don't have that much to lose so setting yourself at a 2lb a week loss isn't really realistic. Sure it comes off at first because of water weight and what not but then it slows down. I would try changing your goals to 1lb a week. I don't know too many grown men that should only be eating 1400 calories a day...that seems…

You consistently have a large amount of calories left at the end of everyday, that's not good. When you create too large of a deficit your body won't let go of weight because it's not sure it's going to have enough calories to keep you alive and all of your organs working properly so it holds onto everything you give it.

that's what she was saying. As far as sugar goes, i never bothered paying attention to it. 25g seems ridiculously low and there's no scientific studies out there that i'm aware of that suggest we should eat a certain amount of sugar and until there is, i shall not worry

My cousin lost 70 pounds so i asked her about weight loss advice and her advice was to eat 1200 calories and start running. According to her, running was the only way to really lose weight. Which now that I look at her it explains why she is "skinny fat"

I think i'll be happy around 150, but i'm not really shooting for a number. Just whatever I feel is healthiest for me and leaves me looking healthy with muscles. I have a pretty large frame, i'm 200 right now but in a size 11 pants and a L top.

I love a protein shake because it's cheap, quick to make, and helps me reach my protein goals.
