Just some things to try. Only count 1/2 of your exercise calories burned routine if you're tracking that here, or dropping the calorie count by 200 per day. I'm good for a 2-egg omelet as well with salt, pepper, a little cheddar cheese, bacon bits, parsley, and a pinch of garlic. It's usually a dinner but a low calorie one, about 300 calories.

There are only two downsides I see for a banana. First, compared to other fruits they're a little higher on calories so if you only have 60 left for the day, it'd be better to go with a clementine orange. Second is the aftertaste. I need coffee to get rid of that post-banana flavor. Otherwise, it's a great option.

About forty pounds ago (sixty being my highest) I'd split my khaki pants at work when I went to pick something up. Fortunately I was the only one to notice, went home, changed and came back. I'm close to goal and I must say that it's nice not having to be so concerned/worried about myself. The stress relief is worth it.
