Another RN's opinion.... fully agree with the first nurse's opinion. Secondly, EC is ephedrine and caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic, so if you're not drinking enough water you will become constipated. Please see a doctor about your concerns before you take any self-prescribed medications.

LOVE planet fitness! i don't swim and hate saunas... so they have everything i need. i just use the cardio machines(treadmills, ellipticals, a ton of arc trainers) and strength training machines. i pay 15/month, no contract. it's perfect.

i run for 30 minutes 5 days a week, and it's not so i can eat more. i actually care about the health of my heart. if i get bored running 30 minutes straight, i'll do intervals of walking/sprinting for 30 minutes.
