I am glad I found this thread. It makes me a little more aware of how I approach people when it comes to weight being brought up in conversation. I think I tend to be the one talking about what 'I' need to do. I have been here many times off and on. It is up to me to make sure I put in the work.

@sauronseye , I have the same issue with high impact exercises. I have some pretty heavy duty sports bras, but they don't entirely do the job. Yep, Golden Grahams is another flavor I could eat waayy too much of in one sitting. I think I try to leave at least one serving , so I don't feel really bad about eating it all.

Ok, I am officially nervous now. If this doesn't shake me up to get serious, not sure what will. I have been checking my fasting glucose levels and have had two consecutive readings of 179 and this morning was 283. Diabetes runs in my family and I need to get a grip on this before it gets worse.

I hate cooking after work. That's part of the reason I haven't been doing so well when it comes to the diet. Just random munching then trying to figure out what to cook, then eating again. Not working. It has to get better.

I am attempting to get back to batch cooking lunch at least. Still working on planning weekly menus. I just hate deciding that far ahead what I want to eat. Somedays it just doesn't match the plan, right?

Quik, I have the same issue with logging. I get started and then don't finish the day. I need to commit to doing this if I am ever going to move forward with the weight loss.

Just keep doing what you are doing. It takes time to correct a fatty liver. If you are cutting junk foods, you have already taken a step in the right direction. Keep at it and have them retest you later.
