Thanks mabug! You are right. I appreciate the motivation. It helps to know someone is pulling for me! I need to make some changes and I need the accountability. Maybe I should make my food diary public again. No more hiding!

Sorry so late but my weight for Wed. was 169.7. I recorded it but forgot to send it :( I've strayed off course! I need to focus on this. Not exercising and it's what keeps me in a healthy frame of mind, which motivates me to eat better.

I love Leslie- have about 15 or more of her DVD's. If it's not too late I would love to do this too. I need to get back into the habit of walking daily.

I would love to do this! I have been looking for a group to walk with that does Leslie Sansone because I love her DVDs. If I can be in I would like to make my Sept. goal 30 miles. I would appreciate it if someone (or more!) would add me as a friend from this group so I can keep up. Thanks! :smile:

My weight this morning was 167.8. Not the "big loss" I was hoping for but at least not the gain I was expecting! Gonna get off of here and get on the treadmill now :)

My goals for the week are to up my exercise amount a bit. I have been trying to fit in about 30 mins. a few times a week but I know I am entirely capable of doing a minimum of 30 mins. almost every day.
