I hear ya! seems like it took forever for mine to arrive too! I don't think they were prepared for the demand of this program. It just exploded...now that I've been doing it I can see why, IT WORKS! Hope yours is there soon if it hasn't come yet

The important thing to remember about shakeology is that it isn't a weight loss shake...it's a nutritional supplement that helps aid digestion...which in turn helps many lose the extra weight. I feel like a million bucks when I drink my shakes!

Even if it IS possible.....That is an unhealthy amount of weight to lose that fast...I wouldn't even worry about losing a specific number....eat right, exercise....and the rest will take care of itself

As of right now the only thing I have done is cut out soda and replaced it with water....other than that I am eating the same stuff, just watching my portions!

I had the same problem....except I was using all my calories on Coca Cola~!! you would be amazed the difference just from replacing that with water
