  • I love the Rockin' Body workout as well as Shawn T's Hip Hop Abs. They are fun as well as doable. I highly recommend them as they are some of my favorites.
  • I love my Shawn T Dance Party DVD as there's nothing with your hands, it's just dancing. I would think Zumba or any other dance type of exercise would be good as well. Good luck! PS: a personal trainer may also be able to suggest alternate exercises.

  • Hang in there!you may also want to assess the types of foods you are eating. You can change your settings so 30% is protein, 20% is fat and50% are carbs. if you stay within those ranges, log all the food you eat and exercise the pounds should come off. Good luck!
  • You should invest in a heart rate monitoir that calculates calories burned as that will help. I do rumba regularly and burn about 400 calories in a 60 minute class doing the high impact options throughout. I use an inexpesive heart rate monitor and it helps greatly!
