If you're trying to lose weight you should try to only have dessert once a day. If you choose to have it during work you will most likely regret it, BUT you could probably take one home for after dinner. Good luck! I would suggest waiting until it starts or maybe eating more so you have more weight to lose. Once it starts personally I would just do aerobic exercises to lose fat and not gain too much muscle because muscle weighs more than fat and it's all about numbers. :)

It probably has ASPARTAME in it which is extremely unhealthy and turns into formaldehyde in your body and causes cancer. Just drink water or real fruit juice

OOPS. Forgot to write that I don't want to eat any foods with too much bad fat, I'd rather have foods with healthy fats. Thanks for all of the food ideas everyone! Before this I thought that olive oil was only for my hair hahahaha
